HRH Saudi Interior Minister visits Special Security Force camp

His Excellency Interior Minister Lt-General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received Saudi Interior Minister His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef Al Saud on his arrival at the camp of the Special Security Force in Safrah on Wednesday as part of his official visit to Bahrain.
On the occasion, Deputy Chief of Public Security Major-General Abdullah Al Zayed in a speech focused on the Special Security Force’s capability to carry out tasks in cooperation with other security authorities and the sacrifices made by its martyred and injured personnel while performing their duties. He said the force had reached a high level of efficiency and expertise.
After that, a security exercise was organised in which HRH the Saudi Interior Minister praised the coordination and interaction between the participating forces which, he said, reflected their preparedness to deal with all security situations. He appreciated the participating forces for their distinguished performance as part of a comprehensive security system.
HE the Interior Minister also appreciated HRH the Saudi Interior Minister’s visit to the Special Security Force to witness its level of training and capability to undertake joint counter-terrorism exercises. He praised Saudi Arabia’s counter-terrorism efforts and its support for the Gulf and Arab security cooperation.
